Bad Frog Print & Promo will print on garments or items supplied by a client under the following conditions:

Item condition All client-provided items must be brand new, unworn, and unwashed. For hygiene and staff safety reasons, we will not accept, handle, or print on used, laundered, previously worn, stained, or soiled items under any circumstances — this includes items that appear clean but have been worn. Our printing process involves heat pressing at temperatures around 310°F, and our staff must handle each item directly; we will not put our team in contact with an item we have reason to believe is unhygienic.

Right of refusal Bad Frog reserves the right to refuse to print on any client-supplied item, at our sole discretion, for any reason — including but not limited to hygiene, condition, or suitability for our printing process. We are not obligated to explain or justify a refusal.

Pricing Printing on client-provided items is priced at Bad Frog’s discretion and is not directly comparable to pricing on garments supplied by us. Client-supplied jobs may carry a premium to account for the added risk and handling involved.

Assumption of risk Client-provided items are printed at the client’s own risk. Bad Frog is not responsible for any damage, defect, discoloration, shrinkage, or other alteration that occurs during the printing, pressing, curing, or handling process, regardless of cause. By submitting an item for printing, the client accepts this risk and releases Bad Frog from liability for the condition of the item once printing has begun.

No guarantee of outcome Because Bad Frog cannot verify the manufacturing history, fabric composition, or quality of client-supplied items, we make no guarantee as to print quality, adhesion, durability, or appearance on client-provided goods.

No returns or refunds Client-provided items are not eligible for refund or replacement once printing has occurred, regardless of outcome.

By providing an item to Bad Frog Print & Promo for printing, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
